 The problem with this area is that in order to get reliable water, a well has to be drilled deep enough to reach Lake Alaotra in Madagascar.
Causing trouble when not climbing.

Not for nothing but one could probably buy, subdivide the acreage and sell of the parts for more than the cost of the whole.
