Finished my first ultramarathon a few weeks ago. I'm still beat up from it, but have been swimming a lot. Good times!

When I first read your post I thought you had run a 50K not a 50 Miler. Cripes O Maly. That has to hurt a bit.

Yeah, just a little.
I'm nursing some pulled muscles in my hip flexors (on the right side). I'm slowly getting back to normal but haven't been able to run, bike or climb since. At least I can still get out and swim for two hours. That seems to help loosen up the muscles!
