Not much to say except I really got my butt handed to me. I felt off all day, pushed a fair amount. Mudworm agreed to call the day short. She took her bike for a nice short ride, I had a nice hike a bike. Felt off on the downs.
Even felt bad on Tim Trail. I survived but was on the binders the whole way down.
Mudworm was on my wheel on the last descent. Normally I can at least pull away on the downs.
short ride about 15 miles.
On a positive not talked to the usual cast of characters and learned of a new trail and was shown the entrance. Woot adventure opportunity the next time we ride here.
