New Zealand....yah, eric'd like that. The country is crawling with sheep. Heck I think they even have Emus as well.

Aside from spending some quality time on a sheep ranch? Is there something else to do in New Zealand?

Our first flight goes from SFO to Queenstown on Wednesday(with a couple of hours layover in Aukland. There we will do an overnight hike (Routeburn Track), sea kayak in Milford Sound, and some whitewater rafting; along with seeing the town itself... Then we head back to Aukland, and then drive to Taupo where Ironman New Zealand awaits... We'll be there for a few days before the race so we can set everything up, check-in, etc... After the race (yes, it will seem much much longer in real time!) we head over to Joan's aunt and uncle's place for two nights. From there we will also hike the Tongariro crossing. And also do something called 'blackwater rafting'. Apparently, it's tubing through caves that are filled with glowworms. It's supposed to be rather cool.... We'll be back on March 12.
Live from Boulder, CO...
