uber dawn patrol

set the alarm for 2:05AM and was out the door at 2:20AM.

managed a super slow 21 miles beating sunrise by at least 30 minutes.

jeeps, that's is BRUTAL. Alpine start for a run? Hats off to ya man. Your are hereby authorized to drink more beer tonight.

yeah well im off to scottsdale tonight for spring training baseball and a bachelor party so the run wasnt going to happen this weekend and the pct 50 is coming up... no time to slack.
