got out and did 20 this morning(on roads.. YUCK). first time ive done that distance in a while. it wasnt comfortable, but it wasnt bad either. knowing i wasnt really in shape for it i would run 2 miles then walk for 1 minute. seemed to work. 17-20 sucked.
looks like im on schedule to just make my goal of 1000 miles this year, which im stoked about cause i took most of aug, sept, and oct off.. didnt think i was gonna make it.
