Received this notification: [mudncrud] Upcoming MySQL Maintenance (today!)

Today, between 4:00pm and 7:00pm PDT, we will be performing a software upgrade on your shared MySQL server.

We expect the process to take up to 1 hour total, and once this has completed, your MySQL server will be running Ubuntu Bionic.

You may notice that your MySQL databases are unreachable for brief periods, or your website may behave unexpectedly while we complete the upgrade. This is normal, and your sites and databases will be back online as soon as the upgrade is complete!

Oh no!!

Well, since I'll be having three crown-preps done at my dentist this afternoon, I suspect that I'll be "distracted."

(And thanks as always for keeping this site up and running without "dramatics" like we see in "other" situations.)

I hope your dentist is giving you a discount and the funny gas.

I know 1st hand as I have to get 1 crown a year, to keep my dentist employed.


It sucks as after the griding, hot/cold, you feel it all.
