Title: Cleaned up the stickies

I took the sticky status off the old PCAD announcements and the west side trails proposal - those can now be found in the regular topics list.

On a historic note - today marks what the 29th anniversary of the day I started working in the Toyota factory in Georgetown, KY - not all that far from where the originators of The Walking Dead live (Cynthiana, KY). I had the windshield replaced in the old RAV today (it was chipped and repaired but cracked last week). Today was the first available appointment. Coincidence?
