JC gave me this great idea yesterday. i am going to try and climb a few hundred new TRs.
Today's were Skid Marcos 5.7/8 and Top of the Morning 5.10, Excellent, steep climbing on really good rock.
The next two may be The Lie in Legit and As Farce as the Eye Can See. >:D
Serious fun today with KC and JC. Rose and Johnny camped with the family and we were able to visit before heading out. :)

JC was nice enough to tally my leads done in good style at Pinnacles. He said I now have 75 routes led in good style. Wondering how many other Pinnacle leads other Tuff Chixs (or guys) have done.
-
Wow! Who do you think at this point has the most FA's? Who are the top five and who has the most stars? I would like to see a graph or maybe a pie chart. I really like those pie charts mmmmm

75 leads in good style or 75 FAs? (Either is pretty impressive for someone who only started climbing at Pinns what, four years ago now?)
-
Most FA's was Jim and I going back and forth for a while. I think JC and Brad have probably past us at this point. I have not ran the numbers for a while and will not have time for a few months a least. Most stars I think is Rubine or Davis, stars to routes ratio is different since a couple of people have only done a couple of routes and they were quality ( that is the smart thing to do so it disqualifies the folks on the forum ).
-
Is there an award for most heinous or for a perfect zero between stars and heinous, which might indicate the imbalance of the complete Pinns FAtionist.?

Nice analysis - especially the part in parentheses    :ciappa:

I think it might be 1.Brad 2. Cook 3.Clink 4.Mr. Mud 5.Jim
Jim with the most stars.

For #360 I need a pinnacle I can traverse in a circle. Any suggestions?

A comparison between stars and total FA's is an interesting way to look at the stats. Add up all the FA's you are on then add up the stars. What's the difference?

Can't wait for Mud's response to this one (he and I have had this discussion) ;D ;D

I know, I know: Birdbrain Pinnacle (is birdbrain one word or two?)!

How about the # of FA's versus the # of feet climbed and the # of bolts?

I edited this post with the FAist's permission. :ihih:

I'll make sure I camo the bolts.
-
Loose Screw for #360. Diagonal up and left, until topping out directly above the start.

968 routes done in good style (all are redpoints or better unless the route only exists as a toprope). But who's counting?

Standard is No loose screws.
Torque is either 12 or 25 ft-lbs depending on what type bolt goes in.
Diagonal up and left and top out directly above the start is zig-zag aka ZZ Top. :puke: :guitar:
Besides, Brad and I just did a long diagonal up and left - try to keep up dude.
You should climb that one by the way - we might rename it Dirty Diaper afterwards - don't forget to put on your pull-ups beforehand.
I probably won't post totals again until I hit 420 - which will signal my retirement.
Think I'll just let the suspense build until then  :yesnod:   :ihih: :frown2: :devildevil:

Hit 420. Inhale?

No, post them now. Your adoring public (probably just two of us BTW), demands to know.
And don't be dumb, you won't be retiring, ever. Not allowed. Get over it.

All my routes are ***
Quality versus quantity
-
I do think the focus should be on quality, but I have put up a few routes that were absolute choss and were fun. I think one should strive for balance. I try and look for good looking lines and hope for the best. At times I want to do something but realize that sometimes it is best to walk away.

I quit keeping track.
Half the time I count something and then the CZAR tells me it doesn't fit the criteria for a route. :madman: :incazzato: :out: :prrr:

I don't believe you. Cough up the info.

We oughta lynch the S.O.B.

clink - I ordered a 50 foot length of chain and they sent it in a 5 gallon bucket.
Can you come over and move it to the shed for me?
