Title: Daily Runs and Stuff
Post by: mynameismud on March 28, 2014, 09:28:27 AM
First Run.  Went a bit far but had some trails I wanted to check out.  Felt good, well except for some of the pain and towards the end it was more shuffle than run.  Ran into Jim and Wendy, Wendy asked if I was going for a run, Jim reply'd yeah, his arms were swinging  :)  pretty funny, but true.

And how are your forearms doing with these runs?

not so good, but with the recent dislocated finger this is keeping me busy.  May try and ride the bike next week.  Will probably wait and see what the PT folks say.

I didn't hear about the finger injury. What happened?

laid the bicycle down going through a corner a bit to fast.  Not really sure how it happened since it was on the non-pavement side.

I did hear about that. But I guess I gapped on the "it hurt the finger part." You gonna be OK by the MoM weekend?

Most likely will not be climbing with that finger.  A bit bummed since I had started to go to the gym and was looking to be climbing in the 10 to easy 11 range.  It is still at the quite tender when bumped stage and I have to keep it wrapped.

Is it your beverage hand?
I hope not.
